DS LIGHT VEIL
The new DS 7 daytime running lights offer a refined and original signature. Four vertical light lines hidden under the bodyshell reveal the light, as if by magic. The secret of this innovation lies in the manufacturing process.
Composed of 33 LEDs, they are covered by a polycarbonate surface engraved with a laser and painted on the internal side only, so as to show an aspect alternating with light and body-colour painted areas. Inspired directly by the recent DS X E-TENSE and DS AERO SPORT LOUNGE car concepts, this new signature reinforces the character and dynamism of DS 7. When locking and unlocking, the lights come alive as if to communicate with the occupants.
Comprising 33 LEDs, they are covered by a laser-engraved polycarbonate surface, painted on the inside only to give an alternating appearance of light and body-colored painted areas.
